Park Meetings
Hidden Valley Ranch Board of Directors encourages all members to join us at the Main Community Building to discuss your community. At each meeting, important items are discussed such as:
- Facility Maintenance
- Financial Reports
- Elections of Officers and Directors
- Any subject presented by the membership in advance
There are two types of meetings:
- Board Meetings, the community is invited to attend.
- Park Meetings, are for owners only. Please come as a quorum is required to conduct business.
- Special Board Meetings, (open) are only for park owners as well, (closed) where sensitive items requiring information privacy are discussed.
