History
Hidden Valley Ranch (HVR) is one of seven subdivision developed by the Jack Martin family. Sometimes these are referred to as Martin Valley Ranches.
Each subdivision / park is an individual community with separate amenities such as community hall, swimming pools, billiard rooms, card rooms, exercise rooms, etc. All the communities are linked by golf cart trails and walking paths.
Each park has its own schedule of activities, card games, dances, entertainment, happy hours, hobby classes, community meals and much more. Members freely join the activities of the adjoining parks creating an enormous number of opportunities for relaxation and enjoyment. In fact, sometimes it's difficult to decide what to do next.
