On October 28, the HVR Board of Directors set the 2026 POA Membership Dues/Assessments to $425.
This ensures HVR maintains enough reserves to repair and replace assets as needed.
Assessments may be paid by Check, Cash, Credit Card (Fees Apply) and Zelle.
To pay by credit card you must use the link in your invoice or on your profile page on the HVR website.
