The Hidden Valley Ranch Board of Directors generally vote to increase membership dues based on the rate of inflation of the previous year. This ensures HVR maintains enough reserves to repair and replace assets as needed.  2025 annual assessment is $385. See this article from the Treasurer.

 

Assessment may be paid by check, cash or credit card (fee applies for credit cards).

Checks from outside the United States cannot be accepted.

Assessments are due January 2nd and late fees apply from that date if assessments are not recieved by January 15th.
