On October 28, the HVR Board of Directors set the 2026 POA Membership Dues/Assessments to $425.
Invoices will be sent VIA Email. Please wait until after November 1 to pay your assessments.
Assessments may be paid by Check, Cash, Credit Card (Fees Apply) and Zelle.
ZELLE is a free payment service through your bank's mobile app. To pay by credit card you must use the link in your invoice or on your profile page on the HVR website.
For the security of our owners, their guests and for the protection of HVR assets, until further notice the buildings and swimming pool at HVR will be closed each day at 10 PM and will reopen at 7 AM.

The Hidden Valley Ranch Board of Directors generally vote to increase membership dues based on the rate of inflation of the previous year. This ensures HVR maintains enough reserves to repair and replace assets as needed.
2026 annual assessment is to be determined at the next BOD meeting.
Assessment may be paid by check, cash, Zelle or credit card (fee applies for credit cards).
Checks from outside the United States cannot be accepted.
Assessments are due January 2nd and late fees apply from that date if assessments are not received by January 15th.
