The Hidden Valley Ranch Board of Directors voted to increase the 2025 membership dues and assessments from $350 to $385 per year.
Assessment may be paid by check, cash and after the first of the year by credit card. Checks from outside the United States cannot be accepted.
You may pay assessments at the office or send them in by mail to:

Check should be made payable to Hidden Valley Ranch POA, Inc. and must include your lot number.
